Sohar University Hosts TechNEXT 2024: A Collaborative Leap into App Development

Sohar University’s IT Faculty, led by the Google Developer Students Club (GDSC) and guided by GDSC Lead Khalsa Said Aljahwari, recently hosted the TechNEXT 2024 event. This inspiring gathering aimed to bring students from various universities, including the Arab Open University and UTAS Al Mussanah, together to explore the latest advancements in app development technology. The event featured an expert-led workshop by CodeBuddy Company, along with interactive sessions that highlighted the exciting possibilities of Low Code/No Code mobile app development. Through these activities, students gained practical skills and fostered valuable cross-disciplinary connections.
