Communication skills are considered one of the most important job skills needed by the labor market, whether local or global. Possession of these skills is important in life and work and affects the extent to which an individual is accepted or rejected by others. Communication also affects the structure of any institution and its production rates, reducing the level of tension and improving inter-relationships. This training workshop includes communication skills, defining communication objectives, elements and components. Participants also learn about one of the most important types of communication, which is communication with oneself and the thoughts and feelings that an individual has about himself. In addition to training the trainees on listening and speaking skills and related factors for their success. |
At the end of this workshop, the trainee will be able to:
- Definition of the concepts of communication and communication and the difference between them.
- Appreciate the importance of communication in daily life and workplaces through the transfer of information, exchange of ideas and making appropriate decisions.
- Differentiate between communication objectives (guiding, educational, educational, recreational, administrative, and social).
- Knowledge of the components of the communication process (message sender, receiver, communication channel, and feedback in the communication process).
- Self-awareness (the trainee realizes himself) in terms of his thinking and his physical, mental and personal characteristics.
- Conducting a dialogue with others based on correct foundations.
- Possess listening and focused listening skills.
- Applying the skills and stages of the six listening process.
- Successful interview.
- Giving a presentation or speaking for 5-10 minutes on a topic to be chosen or determined within specific evaluation criteria.
