Dr Mohammed Rashid Al Makhmari
Biography
Dr Mohammed is an Assistant Professor at the College of Law at Sohar University. He obtained his Ph.D. in Criminal Law from USIM University, Malaysia. He has more than ten years of practical experience, the latest of which is as a member of the Public Prosecution Office. His teaching and research interests include criminal procedures, penal laws, and scientific research methodology, and he is actively engaged in teaching and publishing in these fields.
