Professor Hussein, from the Faculty of Engineering, actively participated in DEWA-Media East and North Africa Solar Conference 2023 held in Dubai, UAE, from November 15 to 17, 2023. His engagement encompassed diverse roles, including technical committee member, conducting a workshop, delivering a plenary talk, and serving as a session moderator.
The conference not only provided a platform for professional involvement but also presented an excellent opportunity to establish connections with scientists, experts, researchers, and students. Particularly, it stands as the first scientific and technical conference of its kind in the region. It attracted prominent experts and researchers from 120 universities and research centers across 38 countries worldwide, fostering discussions on over 200 research papers spanning various fields of solar energy.
