Sohar University will celebrate the graduation of its 22nd batch of students on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at the Madinat Al Irfan Theater in the Oman Convention and Exhibition Center in Muscat, under the patronage of His Excellency Engineer Saeed bin Hamoud Al Mawali, Minister of Transport, Communications, and Information Technology.
In total, there are 1,790 male and female graduates from all faculties and programs at the University, divided into diploma, bachelor’s, Higher Diploma in Teacher Preparation program, and master’s degrees.
Dr. Awad Al-Maamari, Pro VC of the University for Student Affairs and Chairman of the Graduation Committee, stated that the university is ready to graduate batch 22.
The celebration program will consist of the University VC’s address, Dr. Hamdan bin Sulaiman Al-Fazari’s speech, a speech by the graduates, and recognition of the notable graduates with the highest academic GPA.
