On Monday, November 25, 2024, Sohar University welcomed a delegation from the National defense College, affiliated with the Ministry of Defense. The delegation included retired Rear Admiral Abdullah Al Harrasi and Air Commodore Ali Al Abri, both strategic advisors at the National Defence College. They were received by Dr. Hamdan Al Fazari, Vice Chancellor of Sohar University, along with the university’s EMC.
The visit focused on exploring opportunities for mutual cooperation in strategic fields. It was followed by a campus tour, during which the delegation was introduced to the university’s latest facilities and services, designed to enhance student outcomes and academic excellence.
